Chris Drinkwater FCCA FMAAT

Partner/Director

Experience:

Chris has been at RS since 2011 and is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant with 15 year’s practice experience. Having qualified at RS, Chris is now the senior partner, specialising in providing cloud solutions and improvements to businesses looking for growth and modernisation.

Outside work:

Chris is a keen sportsman (although he can’t be a serious sportsman because he supports Spurs) and likes to keep fit.

 

David Carman

Experience:

David is an experienced accountant with over 30 years working in professional Practices. His commitment to our clients is akin to that of a partner. David specialises in producing accounts, tax computations and ad hoc assignments and is a valued member of the Team. David enjoys contact with clients and likes to help them reduce the amount of tax they pay wherever possible, and is fully conversant with specialist tax saving products.

Outside work:

Outside RS Partnership David is a keen sports follower – only his age prevents him from taking part now! He has also recently acquired an allotment to ‘get back to nature’.

 

JUSTINE COLDUCK FCCA

Client Management/Senior Accountant

Experience:

Justine has worked in accountancy, predominantly private practice, since 1984. She started work at 16 and studied while employed in a medium sized firm in Staffordshire. Justine joined RS in 2017 and enjoys looking at the whole picture for clients from both accountancy and taxation aspects to fully understand a business.

Outside work:

Justine enjoys a busy schedule outside work with 2 dogs and 2 teenagers. If Justine is lucky, and so inclined, she may indulge in watching her football team play, Stoke City.

 

Ann Rustrick FCCA

Experience:

Ann is a member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, having qualified in 2000, and has been a member of the Team since 2004. Ann’s role as a senior client relationship manager means that she is responsible for producing accounts, tax computations and management accounts for some of the larger clients of RS Partnership.

Outside work:

Ann’s time outside work is taken up looking after her two young children.

 

EMMA WALKER

Head of Administration

Experience:

Emma is responsible for the smooth-running of the company’s administration. Chiefly, this involves communicating with clients and other organisations, ensuring all Companies House and HMRC deadlines are met and statutory filings for limited companies happen as they should. Emma also meets and greets visitors to our offices.

Outside work:

Emma enjoys going to gigs with her partner. Favourite venues are The Roundhouse in Camden and Club Paradiso in Amsterdam. Emma also loves horse riding.

 

Rajni Shah

Experience:

Rajni is a stalwart of general practice having spent virtually all his working life in professional firms, and has been employed by RS Partnership and its former guises for over 30 years now!

Rajni’s passion is with the smaller clients of the firm, dealing with businesses ranging from one man bands (sole traders and limited companies) to partnerships and smaller limited companies. He has a particular attention to detail that ensures clients achieve the maximum tax relief by maximising their allowable expenses. He makes sure even the smallest client obtains the greatest amount of tax relief available.

 

Karen Lorimer

Experience:

Karen is the firm’s bookkeeper and is responsible for client payrolls. She also does bookkeeping work for clients both in the office and at client premises.

Karen is a vital member of the Team in dealing with payroll for clients as this is becoming an increasingly complex area even more so with the introduction of Real Time reporting. Karen is extremely diligent and ensures that all clients get their reports on time to enable them to pay staff wages, make payment of payroll deductions to HMRC and avoid any penalties for late submission of forms and returns.

Outside work:

Karen is a keen follower of her local football team, Stevenage, supporting them both home and away, including Wembley on a few occasions.

 

Pauline Bedwell

Experience:

Pauline’s primary role is as Chris’s PA but she also maintains the firm’s database of clients and makes sure clients they are aware of their various statutory and financial deadlines so there’s no danger of penalties or fines being levied by the relevant authorities.

Pauline is also the voice of the firm; she is the primary telephone answerer and acts as receptionist.

Pauline along with her assistant Julie, looks after the statutory affairs of RS Partnership’s clients, including company formations.
